Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Greeley, CO (100% in-office)
Pay: $22 - $24 per hour
Contract to hire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, assist with orders, and provide general support in a variety of customer service tasks. This is a hands-on, in-office role working directly with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Answer calls and emails to address customer concerns and billing issues.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate billing discrepancies and explain charges.
- Transaction Research: Research customer transactions and resolve issues quickly.
- Order Support: Assist with orders related to services.
- Credit Disputes: Help customers resolve credit card disputes.
- Refund Management: Process refunds and follow up with customers.
- Reporting: Track customer service activity and report using Excel.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
